Well crafted Councill Craftsmen bedside table or nightstand exuding classic Georgian and Chippendale elegance in rich, warm-toned brown mahogany. The chest features a rectangular top with an ogee edge overhanging four graduating drawers with double brass swing handles on circular plaques, brass escutcheons and side handles. Raised on bracket feet with shapely accents along the apron.
Dimensions: 24" L, 15" D, 22 1/4" H
Condition: Please see detail photos. Restoration recommended. Various signs of age and use include prominent ring marks to the top (See photo) as well as some sporadic lighter scratches and scuffs with the Chest still retaining a solid presentation and fine function. Presents well overall, gentle wear.
