About the Item
A wonderful chest of drawers attributed to Axel Larsson in Swedish mahogany manufactured by Bodafors in Sweden in the 1940s. This charming piece features three drawers (the top drawer featuring a hand turned jewelry dish), lovely inlays around the perimeter, solid brass ring pulls and a beech wood base with sculpted legs.
This piece has been lovingly restored back to its original beauty and is in excellent vintage condition with some very nominal imperfections. All the drawers slide smoothly. Beautiful patina to the brass pulls. Signed "Bodafors" to the side of the top drawer. Ready to be placed in a high end interior.
