About the Item

Burlwood and brass sideboard by Willy Rizzo, Ed.Mario Sabot 1970 The gorgeous credenza has been designed by the famous Italian fashion photographer turned designer Willy Rizzo. This is the smaller version from the "Alveo" series produced by Mario Sabot which is seldom seen in its elm burl wood version. This beautifully proportioned piece is entirely made of elm burl wood and is finished front to back with veneer wood which boasts a gorgeous honey and caramel color grain. The storage space comprises three large drawers as well as two doors which are fashioned with elegantly shaped circular brass handles. The edges of the credenza as well as the rectangular shaped base are made of the same gilt brass.
