About the Item
Large antique shop counter, circa 1930, in solid oak and pine.
The front features a fine oak veneer with twelve brass-edged display compartments.
Made in Lyon in the 1930s by the company Pamega (original brass plate on the front), this piece embodies the craftsmanship and elegance of the interwar period.
It includes an authentic Gardor cash drawer with dual security system, coded lock and mechanical alarm bell — a rare and collectible feature.
The back offers four large drawers, one pull-out tray, two central drawers and open shelves.
The solid pine top has been replaced to provide a perfectly smooth and functional surface.
The glazed front with mirrored interior was designed to enhance product display.
This impressive counter would be ideal for a luxury boutique, concept store or refined gallery space, bringing warmth, history and distinction to any interior.
