This credenza is crafted from Brazilian hardwood , featuring seven drawers with metal handles. The design includes three pull-out drawers on both the right and left sides, with a lift-up chest-like drawer in the center. The drawers are particularly tall and deep drawers making it very convenient for storage. The wood has been expertly refinished and is in excellent condition, showcasing its natural beauty. The manufacturing label is visible on the back of the piece, confirming its authenticity. This Credenza in Hardwood by Jorge Zalszupins is an example of the awesome furniture work in Brazil between the 40-70's decades. A credenza like this will look great in any type of environment, from mid-century to contemporary and modern design. About the Designer : Jorge Zalszupin was a Brazilian architect and furniture designer who was born in Poland in 1922. He moved to Brazil in the 1950s and quickly became known for his innovative furniture designs that blended elements of European modernism with Brazilian warmth and tropical materials. Finally, Zalszupin's influence on the Brazilian design community has helped to shape a unique design aesthetic that continues to inspire designers around the world. Zalszupin's work was characterized by clean lines, bold shapes, and a playful use of color, and he created many iconic pieces of furniture that are still popular today. In addition, his furniture is known for its high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, which results in pieces that are both beautiful and durable.
