About the Item

18th century English oak house keepers cupboard circa 1770. 2 part solid oak house keepers cupboard. Top section with fielded panel double doors which open to reveal 3 shelves on each side. Access to the bottom section is allowed from these doors. 2 drawers above the feet fitted with brass hardware. Standing on bracket feet. Original color and patina. Expected minor surface marks, shrinkage and restorations to woodwork. Later shelves from the early 20th century.
