The surface shows rich patina, paint loss, and age consistent with over a century of use, giving the piece strong character and visual depth. The cupboard features two glazed doors with arched muntins, opening to reveal a dark, naturally aged wood interior with three fixed shelves. The glass panes show subtle irregularity typical of period glass. Raised on turned legs with a molded base and cornice, the proportions are compact yet substantial.
