About the Item
An American, possibly Southern Plantation Cupboard with slant front desk in a medium stained Pine with fine graining and color. The slant desk surmounts one large single drawer and stands on well turned legs and opens onto pull-out supports to reveal writing space and two dove-tail constructed drawers. The top case has eight individual window-pane glass doors and opens to reveal four fixed and slotted shelves. All doors, drawers and support pulls have simple turned wood knobs. Very well made, sturdy, traditional and Classic.
Dimensions: 39.5” wide (At crown) by 21.75” deep ( Desk open is 33” deep) by 80” high.
Condition: Please see detail photos. There are various acceptable age-related nicks, rubs, minor wood losses and some scratches mentioned for accuracy as the piece presents in a particularly fine Country manner.
