This exceptional pair of Italian Polychromed drum cupboards from the 18th century that exude elegance and grandeur. The design and craftsmanship of these Cupboards are a testament to the Louis XVI style that was prominent during the era of Louis XVI. The Cupboards are made of high-quality wood with Old white shaded lacquer and Highlighted details in Red and Green, these pieces have really stood the test of time. They would make a perfect addition to any antique furniture collection and are sure to be a conversation starter in any room. The cabinet can be placed together as full drum or placed along the wall as matching cabinets, the age and character makes them a valuable investment for any discerning collector. Condition Report
There are chips and wear to the lacquer keeping with a piece from this period. They are in their original unrestored condition, dating back to the 1700's. The cabinet tops have been refinished recently.
