.18th Century Italian Neoclassical Inlaid Writing Desk. This desk features beautifully detailed marquetry, including a central floral basket motif on top and complementary inlaid decoration along the sides and drawer fronts. Desk also features five drawers and a unique pull-out writing leaf, extending the surface area for writing or reading. Desk rests on sturdy tapered legs ending in bronze sabots.
