A fine English mahogany kneehole campaign desk with green leather top with gilt tooled border inside a crossbanded veneer border, surmounting a brass bound case with a central frieze drawer with pull out adjustable leather top writing surface inside including a glass inkwell and pen compartments, flanked by pedestals on each side, each with four drawers, all with recessed hardware, brass side handles, all supported by four brass casters. The desk dates to the 19th century in very good condition, with some minor leather discoloring in spots, minor edge rubs, imperfections, minimal restorations and wear commensurate with age and use.
