About the Item

For sale is a top quality Victorian Sheraton revival marquetry inlaid carlton house desk attributed to Edwards Roberts. The top having to marquetry inlaid boxes above single drawers flanked a hand coloured leather skiver decorated with gold tooling. Below this the desk has an arrangement of seven profusely inlaid drawers above tapering legs raised on original brass castors. The desk is in excellent condition for its age. Measures: Width: 120cm Depth: 64cm Height: 96cm.
