Firstly this desk is very large both in width and depth, luckily it comes in three easy to transport pieces, the body is all pine and dovetail jointed everywhere, the drawers are full sized so they are huge and offer massive amounts of storage, the top has a leather hide in British Racing green which has wonderfully aged. The frame has multiple LNWR stamps for London North Western Railways as well as every single handle, this is a piece of British Railway history In terms of the condition we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there will be normal age and use related patina marks here and there as you would expect from an antique piece Dimensions Height:- 80.5cm Width:- 198cm Depth:- 91cm Knee room:- Height:- 62.5cm Width:- 71.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask Any questions please feel free to ask before you bid Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
