A striking example of Renaissance Revival design, this walnut and burl secretary desk dates to circa 1880. The piece features intricate craftsmanship with a two-part structure: a glass-fronted bookcase on top and a slant-front desk below. The bookcase includes adjustable shelves, ideal for displaying books or collectibles. The desk section offers a writing surface and multiple drawers for storage. The use of burl wood adds a unique and luxurious touch.
