About the Item
This beautifully Cerejeira veneered mahogany and mother of pearl inlaid pedestal desk is indeed a show stopper. It features a moulded edge top inset with a central leather writing surface and brass finished cable hole. It is flanked by mother of pearl inlaid fan medallions, with three frieze drawers above three further drawers to one pedestal and one short and one filing drawer to the other, the reverse with a mother of pearl inlaid modesty panel. This desk would make a superb focal point of a wide range of rooms and settings, both traditional and contemporary.
