This stunning writers desk has recently undergone a partial restoration. The desk top has been hand-sanded however some wear remains as the veneer was too thin to sand out a handful of deep scratches, gouges and burns all of which can be seen in the detail photos provided. With that said the mix of solid and veneered European oak composition is in overall very good shape with outstanding woodgrains throughout. All six drawers open and close with ease and all joinery has been tightened.
This visually captivating writers desk is ultra-functional, structurally sound and ready for a literal lifetime more of use thanks to its recent restoration process. Please view all photos and natural light video for details on this desk's current condition. We're limited on the amount of media we can post so additional photos and videos are available upon request.
