About the Item

A lovely quality 18th century country oak dresser and rack, having a moulded edge cornice on the rack with dentil moulding and a decorative shaped frieze below, there are three shelves in the centre and a cupboard at each side with a single drawer below, the dresser base having three deep drawers with original brass swan neck handles and crossbanded drawer fronts, shaped apron below and standing on elegant cabriole legs. This dresser and rack has a lovely warm oak colour and has wonderful figuration on the top of the dresser base. Circa 1760.
