About the Item

A very nice 18th Century Oak Dresser Base. Large scalloped apron and chamfered rear legs. Excellent color and patina to the very old finish with age cracks on the sides and surface imperfections as expected. Old repairs to the right rear leg that is solid and some other minor old repairs down through the years. The older hardware is a later replacement and the key does work what looks to be the original drawer lock. Condition is very good for an early 18th century piece.
