A superb quality and highly attractive 18th Century Welsh oak potboard dresser from the Swansea Valley region. This exceptional piece is constructed from well-figured oak and boasts desirable features such as a shaped frieze and rack, as well as rare silhouette legs. Notably, it possesses desirable small proportions. In excellent original condition, it retains its hand-forged iron hooks, indicating it has been a much-treasured piece. The patina and colour are outstanding, reflecting its well-preserved heritage.
