A very good looking and highly decorative piece, hand made Circa 1880 as mentioned, its heavily carved all over with a fan like decoration and finished with floral vine details. The top section is a glazed door closed bookcase or display cabinet which sits on a two over two formation of drawers
Condition wise, we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there will be normal age and use related patina marks here and there, some old repairs, nothing you wouldn't expect from a 140+ year old piece of furniture that has travelled half way around the world
The cabinet comes in two easy to transport pieces, the top bookcase and of course bottom chest of drawers
