About the Item

Designed in the 1960s by Ejvind A. Johansson, this dresser was manufactured and sold by Nordisk Andels-Eksport, who was responsible for quite a bit of high-end design at the time. Nordisk has a past with iconic designers like Hans Wegner and Borge Mogensen, often quite early in their careers. This dresser features a 10-drawer design, with four large drawers on the right, and 6 drawers on the left, with three smaller drawers on top. The matching rosewood grain is smooth and dynamic, and features the rich red-orange color characteristic of this upscale material. Drawers are clean and work smoothly, and structurally, every piece is perfect. In very nice vintage and original condition. Some minor signs of wear, hard to photograph. No breaks or repairs.
