About the Item

An exceptional Georgian country oak dresser A superb piece of period oak, with hand cut mouldings and back boards The base of the dresser has three drawers with a scalloped frieze below and it stands on elegant pad feet The upper part of the dresser has a shelved top with a cupboard at each side, these have attractive scalloped shelves inside, the dresser has finely cut back boards and the shelves all have plate grooves, there is a scalloped frieze beneath the cornice matching the lower part of the dresser The dresser has a wonderful mature patina and brass fittings Measure: The dresser is 60” wide, 18” deep and 77” high and comes into two for transportation HT124.
