About the Item
This is a French country inspired hand carved walnut chest of drawers. This chest features is original solid brass rococo style hardware with a dark patina. The chest features magnificent hand carved details around the entire surface that are carved into the wood not applied. The top of the chest has a beautiful inlaid parquet design. The chest has been recently refinished professionally with a dark walnut finish. This chest was made in New York circuit 1950 and has its original manufacturers tag on the inside drawer.
