This vintage Danish Mid-Century Modern dresser and tallboy set, designed by Nils Jonsson for Torring Mobelfabrik, exemplifies the clean-lined elegance and exceptional craftsmanship of Scandinavian design. Constructed in Denmark from richly grained teak, the set features a long, low six-drawer dresser and a tall five-drawer chest, both with integrated sculpted pulls running nearly the full length of each drawer front to emphasize their horizontal forms. The dresser measures approximately 71"L, 17.75"W, 28.25"H and provides ample storage with six full-width drawers, while the tallboy measures approximately 36"L, 17.75"W, 43.25"H, offering generous vertical storage across five drawers. Both pieces rest on recessed plinth bases, lending a grounded yet subtly floating appearance. The warm teak veneer is book-matched to highlight the natural wood grain, and interiors are finished in a lighter wood for a bright, clean contrast. Drawers are smoothly operating, with solid joinery for durability. Each piece bears its original Torring Mobelfabrik "Made in Denmark" label, confirming its authenticity.
