Full of authentic charm and character, this rare and impressive bow-front mahogany linen press dates to the first half of the 19th century, and is a fine example of quality Georgian / Regency craftsmanship. With its elegant proportions, exquisite inlaid decoration, and distinctive bow-front design, it would make a wonderful statement piece in the right interior. The cupboard is enhanced by ormolu brassware and refined detailing, which gives it both presence and sophistication.

Item splits into three parts for ease of transport
Condition
Good antique condition overall, showing expected signs of age, including historic marks, knocks, cracks, repairs, and alterations consistent with period furniture. A few historic extinct woodworm holes exist and have been treated for good measure. There are historic repairs to the bracket feet, as is common and to be expected. The drawers slide freely.
