A well-proportioned 1930s British tallboy / linen cabinet, retailed by Lindsey Price Ltd, Hereford. Solidly constructed in solid wood, with walnut veneer to the exterior panels and drawer fronts, typical of quality inter-war furniture.
The piece features a lockable cupboard above drawers, fitted with original metal pull handles, and stands on elegant cabriole legs, showing subtle Art Deco influence. Internally, it offers solid wood drawers and fittings securely set into solid timber, reflecting good craftsmanship throughout.
