Place this elegant, antique "Secretaire a Battant" in an office or a bedroom. Crafted in Paris circa 1920, the tall fruitwood secretary stands on cabriole legs ending with bronze sabots feet over a scalloped apron. The cabinet features intricate marquetry and parquetry decor, decorative bronze mounts, and is topped with a black marble top. The cabinet has classical and straight lines, and many useful compartments, including four large drawers across the front (one at the top, three at the bottom).
