About the Item
This Country French aka French Provincial secretary was made at the turn of the century. Its constructs are quarter sawn oak and plain oak. The legs are in the cabriole manner and it has a single drawer. The brass pulls are hand crafted and original to the piece. The face drops open to reveal a writing space and an abundance of cubby holes for letters, documents and the likes. The secretary door comes with a key, to keep private matters, private.
