Antique Neo-Renaissance Revival writing desk. Made of walnut featuring Neoclassical styling with high relief figural carvings of cherubs / puttis, Northwind faces, and acanthus / floral designs. The desk features a drop front door with griffons and castle courtyard scene that opens to multiple cubbies and storage compartments with and additional pull out writing surface, supported by four turned legs connected by serpentine stretcher with cherub busts.
