A beautiful drop-front secretary desk in mahogany veneer, designed by René-Jean Caillette for Rosier SNA furniture, stamped on the back and dating from the 1950s. This piece exemplifies the minimalist, functional style of French modernist design. The drop-front opens to reveal a practical workspace, with two drawers and several compartments for organized storage. The lower section includes two sliding doors and a removable shelf for additional organization. While there are some signs of wear on the varnish, adding to its authenticity (see photos), this secretary is in good overall condition. It comes with its original key for secure closure.
