Original String shelf designed in 1949 by Nils Strinning in ash veneer. The system consists of five metal ladders in white with three shelves, two containers with sliding doors and two containers with drawers. This original String shelf is much better processed and of a better quality than many wall shelves that hit the market in the 50s and 60s. Unique wall-mounted audio system by Dieter Rams for Braun from the 1960s. High-quality construction featuring five aluminum E-profiles, two shelves, two L450 speakers, a TG60 tape recorder, a TS45 control unit (radio & amplifier), and a Braun PCS5 turntable, all released in 1965. All components are perfectly coordinated, with high-end technologies such as a Braun tonearm and a Shure cartridge. Upon request, we can provide you with videos of the system.
