About the Item
A smart and very useful antique Georgian period whatnot stand. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1810-1820 period.
It is of very fine quality and is a very practical item, offering lots of storage space and not taking up much floor space. The wood has a gorgeous overall patina, this is finished on all sides and rolls on casters. There is a single drawer in the lower section with turned handles.
This has been cleaned up and had a fresh wax polish, the condition is very good for its age. There are just various small marks and indentations here and there remaining beneath the polish, commensurate for age.
