Collectible designer Johan Viladrich has created these shelves for the office space of Everyday Gallery in 2020. The 50 mm thick plates form a functional and stable structure in which to display items. The extreme whiteness of the plastic associated with its slight transparency makes it an unusual and attractive object perfectly adapted to contemporary minimalistic atmospheres. Johan Viladrich is a Paris-born designer based in Rotterdam. His work is centered on the design of furniture and spatial structures.

Johan Viladrich
Johan Viladrich is an internationally famous contemporary designer. A pure design with essential forms is what characterizes the aesthetic of Viladrich. In his work, he aims to reveal the inherent beauty of materials through refined surface treatments and subtle combinations. He uses the mass of metals such as bronze, steel or copper to create radical structures in which all superfluous elements have disappeared. Viladrich attaches as much importance to the final appearance of his pieces as to the mechanisms making them exist.
