About the Item
Mid Century Scandinavian Modern wall unit, shelves, desk, designed by Bertil Fridhagen for Bodafors, circa 1950/60's. This piece features three bays, one with a glass fronted sliding door case, an adjustable shelf, and a two door cabinet at the Botton. The center bay features a fold up surface which becomes a desk, writing surface, beneath two shelves. The third bay features three adjustable shelves over a four drawer storage cabinet. The unit allows reconfiguration of the various shelves to accommodate your particular taste.
This example is in very good, clean, original, ready to use condition, showing only minor flaws, normal and consistent with age, specific condition report, and dimensions as follows.
Some original joinery screws are missing, not consequential or structural.
Please note the glass fronted cabinet is pictured without the teak wood back in place, however it is included with the piece.
