This rare modular shelving system by Strafor (Forges de Strasbourg) exemplifies post-war French industrial design with its clean lines and functional engineering. Constructed in lacquered metal, it features adjustable shelves mounted on a clever rack-and-rail system. Designed to be freestanding and usable from both front and back, it is ideal as a room divider or central library unit. The aesthetic balances utility with a restrained modernist elegance.
