About the Item

An especially fine and very rare set of beautiful Sheriton period hanging waterfall bookshelves the shaped West Indian satinwood veneeered sides crossbanded in rosewood and inlaid with ribbon-tied swags of hanging foliage and flowers, supporting the four graduated mahogany shelves and with two shall drawers fitted below the bottom shelf. This highly desirable and most sort-after set of shelves are of the highest order and worthy of the even the grandest of rooms in the grandest of homes.
