The "Uten.Silo I" was designed by Dorothee Becker in 1969.
Manufactured in the 70s by Design M, Ingo Maurer, Munich, Germany.
Dorothee Becker, born in 1938 in Aschaffenburg, Germany, studied languages ??at the universities of Frankfurt and Munich, before living in London and Paris and settling in California in 1960. She returned to Germany with her husband Ingo Maurer, successfully markets until 1989 Uten.Silo which welcomes practical and well-designed everyday objects, and continues to create until today.
