About the Item
Large French bleached oak sideboard with carved accents and flourishes throughout. Three cabinet doors and two small upper drawers.
Just under 8' long, this will serve as an impressive buffet resting on carved feet.
The distress along the top reflects many generations of use including cracks, age-related separation of planks, dried old worm holes, stains, slight bowing, etc.
Restored, strong and stable, ready for use. One functioning key included. Old locks are often fussy, working stiffly and also loosely. Client may opt to use key as pull only.
All scratches, cracks, dings, and age related separation (see back) are commensurate with age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this impressive oak buffet.
