About the Item

A lovely unfussy classic South of France piece of furniture, sourced from a house in the Luberon valley. A few details here and there, chamfered edges etc. A great size, shape and proportion. Beautiful and original, naturally distressed paint. Late 19th Century. Some signs of old worm which we have re-treated to be on the safe side and we have added some door catches. We have sealed the top with a matte varnish.
