Wonderful Art Deco Amsterdam School Cabinet / Credenza / Sideboard from the 1930s. Solid Oak with Burl wood inlay decorations and top marble plate The sideboard has 2 drawers and hinged doors with 2 shelves. All in very good vintage original condition with wear consistent with age and use, preserving the warm coloured wood grain and patina. The top / back panel has been modified in the past. One key included.
The Amsterdam School design style from the period 1910-1935 is characterized by the use of expressive and fantastic shapes, related to expressionism.
