About the Item
For your consideration is this very stylish Art Deco sideboard. Dating to the 1930's and originating from France is this large high style Art Deco sideboard. Not only offering kerb appeal but very functional too. Either side is lined with blonde satin birch with adjustable shelving in the cupboards either side. The central cabinet is glazed with a mirror back interior and glass shelf. There is a fabulous central motif depicting a stylized scene to include a semi nude mermaid with a fish and bird. All the metal furniture, including the handles and the motif are original to the sideboard. Comes with original key. This really is a fantastic piece of furniture of the highest quality by style, design and craftsmanship. The whole piece has been professionally restored and so is in great condition. For ease this sideboard comes apart in four sections.
