About the Item
Iconic Mid Century Sideboard, Server, Credenza, designed by Herbert Von Thaden, and Donald Lewis Jordan, and manufactured by their company (Thaden-Jordon Furniture Company ), circa 1947 -1951. This classic piece is constructed of bent plywood with birch veneer, the design was considered to be be groundbreaking at the time, and its' clean and modern lines make it still relevant and fresh almost 100 years later.
This example is in very good, original, clean and ready to use condition, showing only light cosmetic wear, normal and consistent with age. Specifically there is an inconsequential but visible separation of the veneer at the center of the back panel of the upper shelf rack, and inconsequential discoloration at the top of the top shelf of the upper section of the piece.
