We are delighted to offer for sale this very rare and important, Museum quality, Regency Rosewood
Italian Marble sideboard of monumental proportions.
I have never seen another quite this size before, it is 1.92 meters tall and 5.76 meters wide, luckily it breaks down into various sections for ease of transport and installation. The sideboard is in Rosewood as mentioned with pure white Carrara marble tops.
This piece looks expensive and important in any setting an commands attention, it can also house and entire personal library to the top, the base cupboards are large with three shelves that can all be removed and or height adjusted. I can have additional shelves made should the new owner wish for the cost price.
Condition wise we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there will be age and use related patina marks here and there, most likely some small losses, this piece isn’t designed to look new and contemporary, its designed to look 200 years old and full of charm and charisma.

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
