Above average vintage condition and structurally sound. Has some expected slight finish wear and scratching. Has a couple small dings on edges. Top has been refinished. There is a slight discrepancy in coloring on the top between the front and back due to an original hutch top sitting on the sideboard for years. Finished back. The third drawer has a small patched area on the right side. Outdoor listing pictures might appear slightly darker or more red than the item does indoors
