About the Item

Mid century Scandinavian inlaid teak sideboard circa 1960. Fine quality Swedish sideboard made in teak with flame mahogany door fronts. Rectangular top with rounded front corners and moulded edge, below which are a double door and single door cupboard. Double door opens to reveal and unpolished interior of 2 adjustable shelves, single cupboard to the right hand side contains a partially fitted interior of 2 drawer slides and a further 2 adjustable shelves. All raised on 4 fluted tapering legs. Doors detailed with cartouche shaped stringing with a contrasting flame veneered insert. Additional features such as acorn hinges, working original locks and key. Recently fully re-polished by hand. Minor surface marks to woodwork. Beautiful piece and ready for everyday use.
