About the Item

Large four-door sideboard designed by Franco Albini in the 1930s. The Art Deco sideboard is veneered on all sides and fitted with chrome half-moon handles and set off by means of vertical struts at the outer ends and the centre door. The doors are veneered in maple, with the exception of the central revolving door, which conceals a three-tiered bar. The sideboard rests on an elegantly designed plinth with tapered side panels and a deep-drawn bar unit in the centre. The plinth is also accentuated with chrome strips. The interior of the four outer doors consists of one shelf each. The sideboard has been expertly restored and the surface refurbished while retaining the patina. The keys are present. The exceptional sideboard offers plenty of storage space and becomes an eye-catcher thanks to the rotating bar.
