French sideboard from the 1940s by René and Gilbert Schmitt, from the same set as the sideboard already featured in our gallery. Solid light oak structure with veneer and white limed finish. Geometric decoration on both doors, with a ceramic medallion in the center depicting a knight, enhanced with a twisted, gilded wooden frame, as on the base. High-quality workmanship. Good vintage condition, some signs of age and wear (see photos). The piece has been restored.
