Louis XV Period Walnut Vitrine with moulded arched bonnet top, paneled sides and hinged glazed door with original steel hardware. The apron is delicately carved with a basket of flowers and the top panel with an urn flanked on either side by flower branches.

Louis XV Normandy Oak Armoire ca. 1760

A Louis XV Carved Oak Armoire, originating from Normandy France during the second half of the 18th Century.
The case consists of a carved frieze and paneled doors above a shaped apron, all resting atop cabriole feet.
Most notable is the top crest which is adorned with a deeply carved basket of flowers and fruit, and the center door panels carved with doves and grapevines.
