A beautifully crafted Louis XVI-style vitrine cabinet, dating to the late 19th century, featuring an elegant serpentine form with a beveled glass-paneled door and curved glass sides. The cabinet is richly decorated with ornate gilt-bronze ormolu mounts, scrolling acanthus motifs, and delicate floral accents. The hand-painted panels depict romantic pastoral scenes in the manner of François Boucher, framed by intricate bronze embellishments.
The interior is fitted with two glass shelves, ideal for displaying fine collectibles, and is lined with a mirrored back to enhance light and depth. The piece stands on slender cabriole legs adorned with additional gilt-bronze mounts.
