About the Item

Unique Henning Kjaernulf Style Glazed Display Cabinet in Solid Oak 1970s This is a truly special glazed display cabinet, made in solid oak somewhere in the 1970s. Wonderful castle like design with battlements on top, arched windows with bevelled glass and a wonderfully scalloped base with ball feet. Resembles works by Henning Kjaernulf. Please note the cord lined windows and the mirror on the inside of the cabinet. Great quality and execution. A unique piece: it was made by a skilled cabinetmaker for a private client. A practical piece also, with lots of space to display a collection. Comes in a very good and original condition. About ORNAMENTUM ORNAMENTUM - where we find perfection in imperfection, love a good patina and are always on the lookout for wonderful and unique pieces both vintage and antique. We are based in Belgium near the Dutch border.
